BLANC DE BLANCS

This very fine wine is full and elegant Generous, fresh and subtle, the Brimoncourt Blanc de Blancs is perfect as a distinctive aperitif. This champagne is exclusively made of Premier and Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs, reaching a superbly fresh and generous structure

Pale colour. Fresh grapefruit, pear. grilled nut, light lanolin. flinty aromas. Mouthfilling wine with generous grapefruit, lemon glacé, yeasty flavours, persistent creamy bead and underlying grilled, toasty, briny notes. Finishes chalky dry but long and minerally. Beautiful Champagne. 96 points.

Brimoncourt Blanc de Blancs is perfect as a distinctive aperitif. This wine harmonizes marvellously with smoked salmon, sashimi, sushi, shellfish and grilled fish.

BRUT REGENCE

Dominated by Chardonnay. Brut Régence has a great aromatic fineness and embodies Brimoncourt’s spirit and signature. It is a gallant wine all the more seducing with its freshness, round texture and delicately fruity finish.

Brimoncourt Brut Régence is perfect with fish tartar. smoked salmon, poached turbot with mousseline sauce and pan-fried scallops. It is very good with parmesan and of course Brut Régence is perfect for apéritif.

BRUT ROSE

CHARMING AND DELICATE
Its blend is made of 35% Chardonnay for elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot Noir for structure and colour, and 25% of Pinot Meunier for fruity aromas. Its delicate porcelain pink robe and its rose, raspberry and bergamot aromas add up to a voluptous and seductive wine that will impress all tasters.

ANDREW CAILLARD (MASTER OF WINE) TASTING NOTES – 95 POINTS
Pale salmon colour generous grapefruit lemon curd, strawberry aromas with grilled nut complexity. Rich and voluminous with plentiful fruits, yeasty complexity, creamy mouth-filling bubbles and fine mineral acid cut, slight chalky textures and lovely along acidity. Taché gives colour and some rounded red fruit notes.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Perfect as an apéritif, this wine harmonizes marvellously with cheese like Chaource, Brie and Salers. Brut Rosé is also delectable served with a wild strawberry feuillantine pastry or a raspberry macaron.

Composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, the Extra-Brut cuvée is the result of a rigorous selection of the best grapes from outstanding years, in 6 villages classified as “Grands Crus”. After 4 years spent maturing in the cellar, this 2g wine is the purest expression of the Maison Brimoncourt’s know how.

Pale colour. Candied pear, lemon aromas with grapefruit, flinty tonic water nuances. Well concentrated wine with flinty flavours, light chalky textures, oyster shell nuances, and long fresh mineral length, bitter lemon, flinty bone dry finish. Wonderful wine. Generous and mouth-filling with creamy, fruit sweet flavours and bone dry structure. Very impressive wine. 97 points.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
With its outstanding freshness, this wine is excellent for an apéritif. It is also ideal with shellfish and iodine flavours. It will complement Japanese and Korean cuisine. particularly well just as it will enhance spicy undertones.
