Hofbrauhaus Wolters crafts beers exclusively in accordance with German Purity Law of 1516. Which is the countries oldest regulation. Which is Reinheitgebot, which means the beer has only 4 pure Ingredients H20, Malt, Hops and Yeast. In the year 1882 the Duke of Brunswick awarded the company the title of ‘brewers of the ducal’. The beer is brewed using secret proprietary recipes, all the ingredients are from Germany which is free from environment pollution. Brunonia beer being under the German purity Law. The water used in the beer is only from the Harz (biggest mountain range in Northern Germany) which makes it of the best quality and Unlike other beers, ours has No maize, rice or acids. Wolters is the only brewery that uses this pure water for their beer making.
